Many suppliers are quoting a minimum order period of 6-8 weeks for their stoves. In most cases our stoves
are in stock ready to ship to you straight away. However occasionally we do have limited stocks or certain
models due to high demand and you may have to wait a couple of weeks max. We will always notify you of this
within 12 hours of you placing you order with us, the delivery time and status of your order.
You the customer are very important to us, without you we don’t have a business. Any questions are answered
within 12 hours on most occasions, if we at the Stove Ware House can not answer your question directly; we will
always find out from a qualified expert your concerns. Telephone support is always available and we love to hear
from our customers and to hear your feedback if you have purchased a stove from us.
